Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely enamored with your TOCCA purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your unopened items in their original TOCCA packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
