What is the status of my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier's website to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Does TOCCA test products on animals?
No, TOCCA is proud to be a cruelty-free brand. We do not test our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we delegate this task to others.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Can I get samples before purchasing a full-size bottle?
Yes, we offer various discovery sets that allow you to explore our signature scents before committing to a full-size fragrance. These are available in our 'Gifts & Sets' section.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our reach to more international destinations in the near future.
